PEP Real Estate
John and Ronald Pasquale founded PEP Real Estate in SoHo in 2000. PEP owns and leases retail, office, pop-up, and mixed-use spaces from SoHo to the West Village and Brooklyn. Tenants work directly with the people making the decisions.
Tribeca Records brings music distribution, promotion, live performances, and merchandise together around its artists.
John Pasquale with guests at a SohoJohnny benefit
John founded Let Me Help, Inc. after losing his mother to COVID-19. The benefits bring performers, friends, and people who care into the same room to make a real difference, even if it starts small.
Real estate, music, events, film, and philanthropy do not usually share a front door. To John, they work the same way: find a good idea, bring the right people into the room, and help it move.
